(3) maraton prete\u010di v manj kot 4 urah 15 minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Si upa\u0161 sprejeti IZZIV? In narediti KORAK NAPREJ na tvoji teka\u0161ki poti?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3ksport.si\/images\/f6.jpg\" alt=\"f6\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vklju\u010di se v program&nbsp;<strong>OD 5.0 DO 6.0<\/strong>, za vse teka\u010de, ki \u017eelijo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3ksport.si\/images\/flyer2.png\" alt=\"F2\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vabljeni tako za\u010detniki, kot tudi teka\u010di, ki \u017ee redno vadite, pa si \u017eelite dose\u010di enega od gornjih ciljev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vsaj 5 RAZLOGOV, da se nam pridru\u017ei\u0161:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3ksport.si\/images\/flyer3.png\" alt=\"F3\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z vadbo pri\u010dnemo&nbsp;<strong>v nedeljo, 3. decembra 2023<\/strong>. Treningi v obdobju december 2023 &#8211; marec 2024 bodo namenjeni predvsem pridobivanju osnovne dolgotrajne vzdr\u017eljivosti in pripravi na nastope v letu 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Treningi so organizirani na slede\u010d na\u010din<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vsak torek in \u010detrtek:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>oktober, december, januar, februar, marec ob 17.00 uri;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>april, september 17.30;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maj, junij, julij, avgust ob 18.00 uri;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vsako nedeljo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ob 8.00 uri;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">se zberemo na makadamskem parkiri\u0161\u010du nasproti ZOO. Treniramo ob Ve\u010dni poti, na Poti spominov in tovari\u0161tva (PST), v Mostecu in na Ro\u017eniku. Treningi so individualno zasnovani. Te\u010demo tempo teke, fartleke, klance (kasneje intervale), v skupni koli\u010dini od 7 do 25 km. Za za\u010detnike je predviden program prilagojen trenutni stopnji pripravljenosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3ksport.si\/images\/f2.jpg\" alt=\"f2\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V vsako enoto vadbe seveda sodi tudi ogrevanje, raztezne vaje, atletske vaje, pospe\u0161evanja, iztek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pred pri\u010detkom posameznega pripravljalnega obdobja izvedemo&nbsp;<strong>testiranje pripravljenosti<\/strong>, da ugotovimo stopnjo pripravljenosti in lahko program individualno prilagodimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cena:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>prvi mesec poskusno\/brezpla\u010dno;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mese\u010dno 45\u20ac;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>polletno (\u0161estmese\u010dno od januarja do junija) predpla\u010dilo vadnine zna\u0161a 220\u20ac;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>letno (za celotno sezono od januarja do oktobra) predpla\u010dilo vadnine zna\u0161a 400\u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160TUDENTSKI POPUST: 20 %<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vadnina se obvezno pla\u010da ob pri\u010detku posameznega obdobja. Vsi, ki se boste udele\u017eevali treningov, ste se dol\u017eni pred pri\u010detkom v\u010dlaniti v 3K SPORT. Letna klubska \u010dlanarina zna\u0161a 35\u20ac (15\u20ac za \u0161tudente, 20\u20ac za tiste, ki podate izjavo o namenitvi 1,0 % dohodnine 3K \u0160PORTU). Vadnina in \u010dlanarina se pla\u010dujeta na TRR 3K \u0160PORT \u0161t. 02033-0256677232. Ob pla\u010dilu \u010dlanarine prejmejo vsi \u010dlani prakti\u010dno darilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Program in izvedba vadbe sta individualno pripravljena in prilagojena ciljem, pripravljenosti in sposobnostim vsakega \u010dlana.
