{"id":510,"date":"2024-01-22T18:19:19","date_gmt":"2024-01-22T17:19:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/3k.startengine.si\/?p=510"},"modified":"2024-02-01T18:08:57","modified_gmt":"2024-02-01T17:08:57","slug":"8-priprave-na-ljubljanski-maraton-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/3k.startengine.si\/?p=510","title":{"rendered":"Priprave na Ljubljanski maraton 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u0161e ve\u010dletne izku\u0161nje so dobro zagotovilo za izpolnitev va\u0161ih pri\u010dakovanj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priprave na Ljubljanski maraton bomo pri\u010deli v&nbsp;<strong>\u010detrtek, 1. avgusta 202<\/strong>4, in nadaljevali do nastopa na Ljubljanskem maratonu ali kateremkoli drugem maratonu v jesenskem terminu (Berlin, Chicago, New York,&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3ksport.si\/images\/stories\/programi\/2021%202022\/TEK_1A.jpg\" alt=\"T1\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Program obsega:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preizku\u0161eni teka\u0161ki program za nastop na 10 km, v polmaratonu ali maratonu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uvodno testiranje (FTP test ali drug primeren test) &#8211; po dogovoru.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individualen uvodni razgovor o izku\u0161njah, pri\u010dakovanjih, ciljih, ambicijah.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3x tedensko skupni vodeni treningi. Skupine so majhne, program individualiziran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On line treningi preko Training Peaksa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Popust pri skupinski prijavi na LM (v kolikor organizator maratona ta popust nudi).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V vsako enoto vadbe seveda sodi tudi ogrevanje, raztezne vaje, atletske vaje, pospe\u0161evanja, iztek.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dodatni individualni trenin\u0161ki plani (Training Peaks) za vse, ki se odlo\u010dite trenirati \u0161tiri, pet ali celo \u0161estkrat tedensko.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Svetovanje, povezano z vadbo in z nastopom na Ljubljanskem maratonu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podpora med nastopom na Ljubljanskem maratonu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Za za\u010detnike je predviden poseben program glede na stopnjo pripravljenosti posameznika.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Program je pripravljen in izveden tako, da je primeren za teka\u010de vseh starosti, z ali brez teka\u0161kih izku\u0161enj. Dolgoletne izku\u0161nje pri delu z ambicioznej\u0161imi teka\u010di zagotavljajo napredek tudi tistim, ki \u017ee dlje te\u010dejo in si \u017eelijo dodatnega napredka. Znani smo po tem, da nudimo podporo med samim nastopom na Ljubljanskem maratonu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3ksport.si\/images\/Lovro%20v%20cilju.jpg\" alt=\"LC\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prvi trening v okviru priprav bo&nbsp;<strong>v \u010detrtek 1. avgusta 2024<\/strong>, s pri\u010detkom ob 18.00. Lahko se nam pridru\u017eite tudi kasneje. Zbirno mesto je na makadamskem parkiri\u0161\u010du nasproti ZOO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V naslednjih tednih bomo, glede na interes in dogovor, izvedli testiranje pripravljenosti (FTP test, stopnjevani ali drug primeren test). Rezultati testiranja bodo osnova za pripravo in izvedbo individualnega programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3ksport.si\/images\/lm3.jpg\" alt=\"F2\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Treniramo ob Ve\u010dni poti, na PST, v Mostecu in na Ro\u017eniku. Te\u010demo tempo teke, fartleke, teke v klanec ter intervalne teke v koli\u010dini od 7 do 25 km, odvisno od treniranosti, ambicij, tekmovalnih ciljev in planov posameznika. Treningi potekajo ob torkih, \u010detrtkih in nedeljah, in sicer v naslednjih terminih:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vsak torek in \u010detrtek<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>v mesecu<strong>&nbsp;avgustu<\/strong>&nbsp;ob&nbsp;<strong>18.00<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v mesecu&nbsp;<strong>septembru<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>17.30<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v mesecu&nbsp;<strong>oktobru<\/strong>&nbsp;ob&nbsp;<strong>17.00<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ter<strong>&nbsp;vsako nedeljo<\/strong>&nbsp;ob&nbsp;<strong>8.00 uri<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cena celotnega paketa priprav (12 tednov, cca 36 treningov) zna\u0161a 100 \u20ac, za \u0161tudente 75 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"985\" height=\"654\" src=\"https:\/\/3k.startengine.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/19LM_3K.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3181\" srcset=\"https:\/\/3k.startengine.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/19LM_3K.jpg 985w, https:\/\/3k.startengine.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/19LM_3K-980x651.jpg 980w, https:\/\/3k.startengine.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/19LM_3K-480x319.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 985px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3ksport.si\/images\/stories\/programi\/2021%202022\/TEK_2A.jpg\" alt=\"LM\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>POSEBEN POPUST:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za vse nove teka\u010de, ki se v\u010dlanijo v 3K (letna klubska \u010dlanarina v primeru namenitve 1% dohodnine 3K \u0160PORTU zna\u0161a 20\u20ac) in podajo izjavo o namenitvi 1% dohodnine 3K \u0160PORTU, zna\u0161a paket priprav 80 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prvi obisk v primeru, da se ne odlo\u010dite za nadaljevanje vadbe, je brezpla\u010den. Vadnina in \u010dlanarina se pla\u010data na TRR 3K \u0160PORT \u0161t. 02033-0256677232.
