Povezane so z aktivnim, zdravim na\u010dinom \u017eivljenja in vadbo. V ta sklop sodijo tudi predavanja, delavnice, razgovori, predstavitve, testiranja in vse aktivnosti, s katerimi \u017eelimo popestriti vadbeni program predvsem v \u010dasu trenin\u0161kih kampov na morju in snegu ter kot individualno svetovanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Okvirni program:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Snemanje in testiranja plavalne tehnike z analizo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Testiranja teka\u0161ke pripravljenosti s snemanjem tehnike in analiza rezultatov (junij\/avgust).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tek na smu\u010deh (december, januar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vadba mo\u010di in raztezanje (predvsem zimsko obdobje in na trenin\u0161kih kampih).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preventiva in kurativa v primeru po\u0161kodb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vsebine povezane s treningom triatlona, pripravo ter izvedbo triatlonske tekme &#8211; tehnika, taktika, prehrana (predvsem individualno pred pomembnimi tekmovanji).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ob redni vadbi bomo ponujali dodatne aktivnosti, ki slu\u017eijo kot osnova za izbolj\u0161anje kvalitete treninga ali seznanjanju in ozave\u0161\u010danju \u010dlanov.
