Zbiramo interesente za dodatni termin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Test izvajamo v&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fsp.uni-lj.si\/meritve\/sportno_diagnosticni_center\/laboratorij_za_fiziologijo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Laboratoriju za fiziologijo \u0161porta<\/a>&nbsp;na Fakulteti za \u0161port v Ljubljani. Testiranje vodi dr. Radoje Mili\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Protokol testiranja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Te\u010di se pri\u010dne<\/strong>&nbsp;pri hitrosti (8 km\/h, 7:30 min\/km), trajanje posamezne etape je 4 minute, sledi pove\u010devanje hitrosti za 1,2 km\/h, med posameznimi etapami se meri laktat, ves \u010das testa pa tudi sr\u010dni utrip, porabo kisika, koli\u010dino in razmerje med vdihanim kisikom in izdihanim ogljikovim dioksidom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pred tekom se izmeri<\/strong>&nbsp;tudi telesno te\u017eo, vi\u0161ino, dele\u017e ma\u0161\u010devja, vitalno kapaciteto plju\u010d (koli\u010dino izdihanega zraka), forsiran volumen v 1 sekundi, maksimalna hotena ventilacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Po opravljenenm testu<\/strong>&nbsp;dobimo pomembne podatke, ki ka\u017eejo na na\u0161o trenutno teka\u0161ko pripraveljenost (laktate, pulze, porabo kisika pri posameznih hitrostih, &#8230;) Izrisano dobimo tudi laktatno krivuljo in sicer odvisnost laktata od porabe kisika, hitrosti teka, sr\u010dnega utripa in ventilacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kar pa je prakti\u010dno najpomembneje pridobimo tudi&nbsp;<strong>prakti\u010dne napotke za izvajanje treninga<\/strong>: hitrost, sr\u010dni utrip za regeneracijake treninge, laktatni prag, anaerobni prag, maksimalno porabo kisika, &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conconijev test<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V za\u010detku februarja<\/strong>\u00a0bomo na stadionu opravili \u0161e obi\u010dajne\u00a0Conconijve teste, ki jih v klubu izvajamo \u017ee ve\u010d let. Tako bomo lahko primerjali rezultate testa v laboratoriju in testa v naravnem okolju in pri\u0161li \u0161e do dodatnih pomembnih podatkov za kar najbolj\u0161e na\u010drtovanje in izvajanje teka\u0161kih treningov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po opravljenih testih bomo za vse zainteresirane pripravili&nbsp;<strong>interpretacijo rezultatov testiranj<\/strong>&nbsp;s poudaki na prakti\u010dnih napotkih za treninge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prijavite se<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zaseden imamo tudi \u017ee&nbsp;<strong>naslednji termin testiranj&nbsp;<\/strong>na Fakulteti za \u0160port, to je v petek 18. januraja.
